The Impact of Political Economy Instability on Society

Abstract

In a society, different classes in social groups or tribes, in order to achieve a relative welfare for themselves and the family, need a long-term plan and its time depends on their income. But in a developed or developing community citizens can have plans for their own life and welfare, being accountable in case of any turmoil in this trend, guides the society from the convincing reasons to the subjective balance. . The question is, what do people do in a society where politics and economics are inclined to the depression of community? In such societies like Iran, Venezuela or North Korea, it is basically something that is supremacy, the sovereignty of the ideological view on politics and any ruling function whether elective or non-elective should be taken into consideration. Nazi people dominated this sovereignty based on their will. . This is my first and fundamental hypothesis in this paper as human evolution has shown that countries that are more closely guarded by the community in various democratic ways and correct response of their sovereignty determines their fate in the most calm condition . The power of the people to achieve favorable conditions for a variety of personal or community-based planning is much higher and more stable.

Introduction

From the view of the author, the development of society is dependent at first stage upon the human resource development, to create the best conditions for the stability of the power of planning among individuals for their choices. Equal distribution of situations and the use of conditions for the development of individuals are the first steps that have been taken and these are the preparation stages to move towards a developed country. In this community-based individualistic view, the inner thoughts of individuals in all fields of science, art and personal creativity flow into the society and the result is enrichment of society of a variety of areas required by the community and its subsequent generations for political and economic stability. As in a society without ethics, there will be a variety of corruption and safety and mentality confusion of the people. In addition, it creates eccentricity power and this increases the energy of individuals for creating different types of corruption. The imposition of an ethical view on the people of the community eliminates their principled understanding of oneself and blocks the ability to generate inner and intellectual power. Thus, the society is inclined to depression and will continue to dry like a flower that is not well kept, and at that time, the movement towards intellectual evolution will be destroyed. The only path that distinguishes humans and animals is the limits of society in a peaceful life and the lack of entry into an anomy or widespread disorder are the great role of the state in its modern definition.

Law and its Impact on Society

In modern society, man is the real legislator, and his desires and the way of safety and how to protect his security and defend the liberties of God are manifested in the rules. Legislators are chosen by most modern societies without money or extreme misleading advertising. This choice should not be affected by any power center like the Mafia, since the tyranny of the majority is the worst type of tyranny. But now, many information centers, either by power or money, are placed at the disposal of the ruling political groups. Now, we see that someone like Trump in a democracy- defending country openly disturb the media and the press in an irrational act that has a huge disadvantage vis-à-vis the developing world and call them repeatedly as liar. The law should strongly protect the public interest of the community and freedom of expression in this type of affairs, since development essentially means freedom outside of the fact that he eliminates to all international public assemblies, such as the United Nations Human Rights or the covenant on climate change in Paris and so on and based on human rationality, over hundreds of years and sad experiences, these institutions have been founded to solve global problems. If we enter into countries like Iran with the same view with an ideological mechanism, the first step , determine the true representatives of the people to legislate, is not taken and only those with the acceptance of the ruling ideology can enter this field and their laws also consolidates this ideology and, in principle, people do not have a place in these types of sovereignty, because it is believed that people came to be diligent in their development of this ideology and even be sacrificed. If the smallest useful action is taken is to show the country with the facilities with this kind of ideology. Principally, the homeland is desirable by looking at a position that is the basis for the expansion of this kind of ideology and its presence or absence is meaningless in the non-domination of this ideology. In this community, people have no sanctuary to enforce their rights and prosecution and in everything, the discrimination is clear and transparent between the advocates of the ruling ideology and others. In this method, the parliament representatives, as legislators, actually regulate laws in line with the demand for sovereignty and the restoration of a more secure sovereignty. They will regulate every kind of irregularity and disorder in the general will by the sovereignty to suppress the voices of any opposition. Here, development means freedom.

Government and its Impact on Society

In the modern sense, the government is an institution that is elected by the people and takes over the current affairs of the country under the laws and supervision of the civil society and the press and the media as the fourth pillar of democracy. The government is now losing its real status in the aftermath of the influx of mafia propagandists and the wealthy people, the deception of nationalistic behaviors and the departure of the movement towards a global system as the dominant destiny a perfect man are the behaviors that are exploited by many propaganda resources. And it is only human that must identify the difference between evil and good, to eliminate supremacy and racial actions from his own and to believe that all human beings on earth have the right to life, intellectual development and welfare. Now, consider a country like Iran having a presidential election. In accordance with Article 110 of the Iranian Constitution, the leader is the absolute authority of the jurisprudent and is placed on this seat for a long time. Perhaps it is strange why Iran, after more than a hundred years of political work and constitutional revolution, which is out of the scope of this paper, is at the current stage, but what we are doing. The power of leader governs the armed forces and formulates the policies of the country. There are a lot of business enterprises, such as the 8th Shiite Imam's offices in Mashhad and the tens of the businesses with billions of dollars economic transaction and a large collection is under the supervision or control of the Revolutionary Guards. Private economy is meaningless in Iran and what the government gives is available to pseudo-state institutions or under the leadership at the lowest price. But the president himself is elected by the very few people elected by the Guardian Council (elected by the Supreme Leader) who are definitely supportive of the system of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist (Velayat-e faqih) and the leader. Based on different slogans of the candidates, regardless of the key principle of the article 110 of constitution, which confers all limited functions on the president, people vote to the candidates who are their voice in society. The result is an economic swamp created in Rouhani's second administration and this is the result of the intolerance of the world and the interference in the affairs of other countries, and none of them is dependent upon the views of our president. He is only the executor of the leader's requests. The Revolutionary Guard is also an operational military arm outside of Iran and oppression in Iran. This is the definition of democracy in Iran, which came to people for religion to religion for people and endowed the central and enduring power for the leader, resulting in bankruptcy, the constant fear of people from the war, the impossibility of any planning for growth and prosperity by people. The only group that is close to the sovereignty and its full supporters takes the financial benefit of the country that owns by people. I repeat the sentence that Nazi sovereignty was made by the people of Germany, but in Iran, it continues to be dependent on force, imprisonment, betrayal, the elimination of the individual and the denial of the use of social services to his family, and it is one of the most powerful leverage of putting pressure on people, and everything that can take humanity from humans.

Culture and Society

For more than a couple of centuries, some people in society consider themselves as the interpreter and successor of Allah; they forgive sin, or ask for money for forgiveness. These affair were prevalent in the era of Enlightenment in Christianity, but now they forgive by confession, when will human beings realize that forgiveness or non-forgiveness is only in the hands of God without any mediation; however, the clergy in Iran also substitute itself for the 12th Shi'a Imam who is absent, and also they have placed the leader as their wise man to manage the affairs of the country, while Shiite scholars in their own field don’t study human sciences and country management including sociology, political science, diplomacy, international relations, etc., and their information is for the past centuries and it is mostly in jurisprudence field and religious acts. This group mixed religion with superstitions and created terrible fears in the hearts of people in case of not observing the commands and created mental instability in a great body of people, so that even they don’t have the courage to think in its correctness or inaccuracy as they were condemned to apostasy and disbelief. Perhaps this is familiar in the middle Ages, but in Iran, religious rulers now act like this and consider the questioning of many people in religious matters as deviation and disbelieving. This is a process in which a group in the world has been preserved as the guardians of a religion to maintain their position, income and power. After the clergymen took power in Iran, this event was practically repeated in human history. This static in thought has eliminated the ability of a peaceful coexistence among individuals on the orders of clergymen, a group is called without religion, another group is called infidels and disrupted social cohesion. The levels of pluralism are very low and tolerance of other thoughts is sin. Only those who speak in the direction of the leadership of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist (Velayat-e faqih) are legitimate. In such a culture, how can one desire for accepting other people as the first step in the stability of society, thinking, studying and avoiding superstition. They decide how much to keep the country away from the first steps of development.

Though trick and money have captured them, as long as these thoughts are not thrown away and the old and irrational traditions do not change, in every part of the world, the hope for progress and development is meaningless, as in the 1979 revolution of Iran, everything got worst. This is the first step towards recognizing democracy and human rights and humanity. Ethics is the ultimate gift of humanity and in anyone without intellectual consideration, preserving ethics consolidates the community. Any religion is the source of the relationship between man and himself and his God and if it into the country’ affairs and the rule of law, based on history of the past 40 years in Iran, has nothing except non-development in all human and ethical aspects.

Judiciary and Society

In the modern age, those who judge must avoid any interfere of any intellectual or political orientation in their judgment. The sensitivity in this institution is so high that we see in America one of the judges has the power to suspend the presidential decree and the Supreme Court judges should be approved by the parliament after the introduction of the president. However, Trump’s insistence to put one of his political theorists in this court is doubtful. According to the author, based on the high sensitivity of this institution, the presidency or the Supreme Court should be directly elected by the people and be controlled based on the supervisory role of people in civil society. But in Iran and many countries like I ran, the head of the judiciary is elected by the leader. This person has a strong position in the political affairs in supporting the leader. The result is that the fate of those who express outside the interests of leadership and his position and authority will be punished most severely by the judiciary and their families will be deprived of social rights, such as studying in government centers, etc. These conditions lead into panic and threatening in the community. The security and intelligence of the judiciary and intelligence of the army execute his commands. Under these conditions, is there any comfort for a citizen who plans for developing thoughts for himself or not. This is another major reason of the non-development of a country.

The parallel position of decision making and the confusion of people and the world

In Iran, although the foreign minister is to be appointed by the president on the basis of the law and get favor vote from the parliament, this person must also be confirmed by the leader, in this case and some other ministers, such as defense, information, etc., the office of the leader gave a message in election of ministers in the current presidential election of Ruhani and stated that the leadership is sensitive to the selection of some ministers and this is contrary to the current law. The Salafists believe that the leader is the successor to the Shiite Imam of the time who is absent, according to Ayatollah Khomeini's founder the Islamic government, in the structure of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist (Velayat-e faqih), his sentence is the commandment of the Prophet and as a result of God's decree and it is higher than law. The world is confused whether to talk with the minister or with the foreign policy advisor of the leader, who occasionally goes to other countries on his behalf and exchanges the messages. Besides Ministry of Intelligence, there is the Revolutionary Guard Information, which is responsible for most of the arrested people, in the ministry of cultural guidance with is a cultural center, there is Islamic advertising organization, , whose directors are appointed directly by the leader. And the story continues.

Unstable Economy and Society

The impact of politics in Iran on the economy is such that we will make mistake without applying the political economy. The international treaties of Iran in the fields of trade, technology transfer and technology adoption are such that with any hostile attitude of the leader to the United States and Israel, part of it is eliminated because of the political instability and it is possible that these two countries react but they that have no role in the actual structure of interests of Iran except in better conditions, we can use their advances and technology and help to stabilize the region and the world. But, as I have said, the ruler's viewpoint is based on ideology that incorporates the benefits of consolidating and expanding his ideas of futile ambitions to support Shi'a or Palestine, which is an excuse to extend their power abroad, and it is not a solution to protect the people of the country and the macro strategies are not directed to the modern government and the establishment of a state-nation relationship. In this situation, investors are fleeing from these unstable situations.

Sanctions will be extended and ultimately the only way is to negotiate, which is the most rational and the best way of solving problems and it is accepted at the worst circumstances, or they tolerate hunger and extreme poverty of people and war, in either case the political system will be eradicated. US Secretary of State, Pompeu's considered some conditions for talks and expectations of the United States and his Arab regional partners from Iran, the talks will not seem to be saving on the current situation and the current political system. People in this difficult situation are forced to have the minimum facilities , no investment, not having any capital from the oil auction by this renting government, ultimately they will explode like a balloon in the end, they examples of which were evident in January 2012 and the numerous strikes of the workers due to the lack of payment, protests to embezzlement and robberies in banks and non-profit banks , over the past few months, have taken people to a path where they purchase dollar and gold due to the sudden drop of their national currency , which is about $ 150,000 per day on this day and they avoided much loss in this regard. As we see people are constantly engaging in mental and psychological conditions with unstable situation and they cannot have a long-term plan. Those who have made large capital by stealing or trading in this situation add to their own wealth, but they are limited number of society as they deposit their asset in foreign banks. The cycle of the collapse of political economy coincides with the political system collapse among the people. The time for taking a decision cannot be determined by any political science specialist because it depends on multiple parameters. But what are to be considered are the conditions outlined in this paper. The direction of this policy has no choice than a fundamental structural change in the political structure to the demands of the people as the owners of the country to a secular system. Everyone should have his own religion and after 40 years of experience, religion shouldn’t enter the political structure and laws of the country. Everyone, with any religion and attitude, pours out his true talent and capital, which is the mental power, to his society and ultimately to the country and the world and this is the beginning of development and both citizens, the region and the world are benefited.

Conclusion

In a country governed by one person based on the constitution, one should expect all the moves to be carried out according to his political viewpoint and since ideological look will make all decisions inclined to him (even in case of the non-corruption in the source of orders), the national interests and the interests of the people are affected in this instability in the economy and the reduction of incomes quickly converts middle classes to poor and poorer groups below the poverty line. Various types of corruption spread in the poor and under the poverty line classes. The state-nation relationship doesn’t exist and different socials classes think of financing themselves and their families at any price. I said that the vision about people is the spread of religion by them; it means that people have come to for religion; not the opposite, then top-down planning in the process of growth or any development for the well-being of the people is eliminated. In this situation, people have no power for long-term planning in a society that must wait for war with the United States, Israel or their neighbors every day and they are not also inclined to do so. These futile conflicts of foreign policy and unnecessary hostility in international relations and repressive policies do not have any results, except the followings: 1- The Islamic government will accept a structural change to the constitution and distribute power. 2- For permanent avoidance of the conflict, improve their relations before the invasion of a country with other countries. 3. Based on what happened in January 2012 and the rebellion in more than 100 cities, the power of suppression will not be useful in Islamic system's survival, and an unplanned revolution will take place. 4. The most civilian manner is to hold a referendum on the basis of the establishment of free conditions in the country for the introduction of all thought and then the power to represent the people will be handed over to the representative of people in the next step slowly [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6].

Although each of the cases is prerequisite, it is certain that the existing conditions are not persistent and that the society is faced with psychological disruption, poverty, widespread corruption and all the indicators of attempts are internalized. I hope that this transition will take place at the least costly conditions for the country and the people and that rationality should reach a level where they should know what kind of political structure they should choose to move towards development.
