Drouth in Furg
In this paper some agricultural problems of Furg village is reviewed. Also some parts of political matters from VOA Persian, BBC Persian and sayings from Eminent Crown Prince of Iran Reza Pahlavi were given.
Mini Review
The Supreme News Agency of Voice of America (VOA Persian) has issued an article that is in the same line with this paper and confirms this paper [1]. Also Eminent Crown Prince of Iran Reza Pahlavi has a saying from Atamalek Joveini about Iran Islamic Regime as “They came and dug and burned and killed and took away and went” which approves the article. There is a news from The Supreme Website of BBC Persian as “The exarch of south Khorasan province of Iran says that: more than 485 villages of this province do not have drinking water” [2, 3]. There is drouth in my village Furg, which is a village in Darmian Rural District, in the Central District of Darmian County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. There is ration for the drinking water in pipes and the people of the village have only 3 hours of access to drinking water. The 2 aqueducts of the village have small amount of water which is not sufficient for agriculture in the village. The farms of wheat, barley and sugar beet do not exist because of drouth. As a result of drouth, the people of the village have immigrated to other cities and do faise jobs like beggary and the village is approximately without people. The growth of sheep is cancelled because of the lack of grass in deserts and also because there is not enough water to grow grass in the lands of village and as a result the ranching is cancelled. A special type of jassid has attacked the trees of the village and makes holes in the trees and destroys the trees. As a result, the great trees of walnut who were previously very famous have been destroyed and this is true for other fruit trees and non-fruit trees. Before islamic revolution in 1979, Birjand was famous because it was the 2nd city for piping of drinking water. The sugar factory of “ASAD ABAD” in the vicinity of the village which was established by Eminent Amir Asadollah Alam in the birthday of Eminent Crown Prince of Iran Reza Pahlavi and was gifted to him is now shut down and is transferred to another city and therefore lots of people who worked there are now free and jobless. Many people of the village are now addicted to narcotics of the industrial type. Birjand people say that because of the presence of Eminent Amir Asadollah Alam in the court of Pahlavi regime, people of Birjand were very respected. Eminent Amir Asadollah Alam was a person from Birjand who has reached the highest possible position (after the position of King) of Prime Minister in Pahlavi regime. He was also Minister of Royal Court, President of Pahlavi University and Governor of Sistan and Baluchestan Provinces. All the people of Birjand are proud of him.
Drouth is a natural phenomenon and the governments must manage it. I mean the water should be managed. The government of USA does this management of water in the best way. The only way that I strongly suggest for the best management of water and fight to drouth is to make, regard and announce Iran as a state of USA (United States of America) officially and politically (and totally). I.e. Iran should make and regard itself as a state of USA (United States of America) politically (and totally). I have heard that this idea was first suggested by Eminent Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi for Iran.
