In this article five case reports were reviewed and include chylopericardium that developed after performing a Blalock-Taussig shunt, successful surgical repair of syndrome absent pulmonary valve with pulmonary arterioplasty but without replacement of the pulmonary valve, simultaneous occurrence of transient eosinophilic pulmonary infiltration secondary to intestinal schistosomiasis and mitral stenosis and their effective management, description of a rare variant of tricuspid atresia with atrioventricular canal, and successful drug therapy of congestive cardiomyopathy that developed due to chronic tachycardia. Discussion of uniqueness of these findings and management options were reviewed.
