n this autobiographical article, I will try to outline my professional career in the field of «science of the spirit» as José Martí Pérez (1853-1895) called it, who—like the venerable father Félix Varela Morales (1788-1853), and Don Enrique José Varona Pera (1849-1933)—is one of the founding stones of Cuban psychology.
