Abstract

The logistics of the manufacturing and consumption of human blood and blood components: WHO has defined the most important steps as the need, the clinical demand and the supply to be organized in a national blood system with the blood services or blood establishments. The blood establishments provide the need, where the hospitals of health care institutions provide the patent care and establish the therapeutic demand. In the developing world, home to around 86% of the global population, the health care and blood transfusion support are in a development face supported by WHO guided and advised projects which include financing and human expert guidance. Cutting external foreign aid and guidance have dramatic effects on the outcome of the running projects and block progress.
