Abstract

L-Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid in human that is considered as one of the most metabolically versatile amino acids. It serves as a precursor for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) and urea, and participates in the synthesis of creatine, proline, agmatine, glutamate, anabolic hormone simulation and nitrogen balance improvement.
