Abstract

A patientâ€™s resent observation of the team-based approach to psychiatric treatment in a socialized setting at one hospital. It was found that the team-based approach has many advantages and some disadvantages but generally works well, although it could be improved upon if managed properly by Nurses and Psychiatrists. Recommendations are suggested to improve on this model of treatment.
