A 19 years old male presented with complaint of atypical chest pain for 2-3 days. He did not have any history of fever, palpitations, pre-syncope or syncope. On examination, his pulse rate was 80 per minute, regular and the blood pressure was 120/60 mm Hg. Rest of the general physical examination and systemic examination was unremarkable.
