Abstract

Technological infrastructures based on distributed ledger technologies (DLTs) like blockchain technology (BCT) are new digital technologies combining peer-topeer networking and cryptography to create immutable public ledgers characterized by decentralization, collective maintenance, consensus trust and reliable data.
