Scedosporium apiospermum is a ubiquitous environmental mold increasingly implicated in opportunistic fungal infections among solid organ transplant recipients. We report the unusual case of a 65-year old woman on triple immunosuppression with a deep cutaneous mold infection caused by S. apiospermum four years after renal transplant.
