Method: We describe a patient with a history of gestational gigantomastia who underwent reduction mastoplasty using the Thorek technique. Result: A 23-year-old patient is presented with a diagnosis of gestational gigantomastia who underwent a reduction mastoplasty. 1200 g of breast tissue were resected from the left breast and 1300 g from the right breast.
