Abstract

During our research, we had studied the level of serum proinflammation and anti-inflammation cytokines in 25 women in the third trimester of pregnancy with premature rupture of membranes and in 29 patients with premature rupture of membranes (PROM) complicated by chorioamnionitis. The control group consisted of 28 women with physiological pregnancy in the third trimester and 27 women with onset of labor. There was a difference in the synthesis of cytokines during pregnancy in the third trimester from the level of cytokines at the onset of labor. In women with PROM and chorioamnionitis with gestational age
