Citrobacter koseri is a rare bacterium in eye infections, responsible for less than 1% of ophthalmological infectious diseases. Studies reporting the incidence of eye diseases caused by Citrobacter sp are still limited. We report the outcomes of this rare case of a Citrobacter koseri keratitis, reporting clinical course, response to antibiotics, differential diagnosis and developments.
