Introduction

This can have significant implications for social and economic development, as well as for the overall well-being of individuals and communities [24]. However, promoting greater access to education and training is not without its challenges. In many cases, individuals from lower-income backgrounds may face significant barriers to accessing education and training, such as high tuition fees or lack of access to quality education [27]. Moreover, policies that promote job creation and entrepreneurship may not be sufficient to address the root causes of unemployment, which may be related to broader economic, social, and political factors.
Conclusion and Recommendation
