Human Rights Policy

Medwin Publishers expects authors to comply with the International Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki, as revised in 2013. Research conducted by an independent, local, regional or national review body (for example, an ethics committee or review board). Documents describing human subject research must include a statement that the research was approved by the Institutional Research Council in accordance with all applicable regulations and that consent was obtained after the nature and outcome of the study had been explained.

Patients have a right to privacy that cannot be violated without their consent. An article published by the Journals of the Medwin Publishers should not contain identifying information such as name, title, hospital number.
