She was born in Nettuno Rome Italy in January 1976. She achieved a degree in Catholic University of Rome in July 200 and specialty in Gynecology and Obstetrics Catholic University of Rome in October 2006. In 2010 she obtained a PhD in Molecular Pathology in Gynecologic Oncology. She worked as medical Doctor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics- Catholic University of the Sacred Heart -Rome-Italy, with research and clinical activity in the Gynaecology Oncology Unit with particular interest in ultrasound diagnosis of gynaecological pathology and the medical treatment of patient with gynaecological cancer. She took part as invited speaker in many national and international conferences of gynecology and gynaecological oncology and ultrasound in gynecology oncology. She is an author of many scientific paper in national and international journal with particular interest for the preoperative diagnosis of adnexal masses and the evaluation of the extension of the disease in the ovarian cancer patients; the ultrasound features of endometrial cancer and cervical cancer; the ultrasound features of miometrial pathology and uterine sarcomas; the follow up of patients with gynaecological oncological pathology. She is a member of International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), Multicentric Italian Trials in ovarian cancer- group (MITO-group), Italian Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
