Abstract

Covering the defect of ankle substances as well as the defect of distal leg substances has long been a challenge for plastic surgeons. Through the experience of two clinical cases, we show the ease of survey, the clinical result and the effectiveness of the use of an externally supra-malleolar flap modified according to the Valenti technique for the coverage of the defects of substances.
