Guangshui Bao participated in clinical work for more than 30 years, studied in many aspects, accumulated rich clinical practice experience, and was good at leading the team to carry out work. In recent years, he led his team to join the Parkinsons disease alliance, established a one-stop Parkinsons disease treatment center and dementia treatment center, and successfully held academic exchanges in Shanghai and across the country. It has unique efficacy in the diagnosis and treatment of headache, dizziness, facial paralysis, cognitive impairment, Parkinsons disease, cerebrovascular disease and other diseases, and has attracted patients from all over the country. He led the graduate students to achieve fruitful and innovative scientific research achievements, carried out the research on amygdala kindled epilepsy model earlier in China, created the drug resistance gene model of hereditary epilepsy Drosophila, and creatively found that USP15 was related to the formation mechanism of epilepsy. The research of headache diagnosis system based on artificial intelligence and the research of epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease, Parkinsons disease and dementia have achieved phased results.
