Biography

Mehmet Musa Ozcan is currently working as a Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey: A member of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Committe (2005 to 2008 years). He obtained his Ph.D. in Department of Food Engineering, University of Selcuk (1996). He was the chairman of national and international congresses and symposiums. He has been appointed as the editor of Gıda Selçuk Agriculture and Food Sciences, Journal of the Faculty of Agriculture at Selcuk University. The number of citations attributed to international publications is over 1150. He has membership in Association of Oil Science and Technology (Euro Fed Lipid Member).
