Bruna Miguel is a Brazilian obstetric nurse with experience in maternal and child health, Primary Health Care (PHC), and public health management. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Health with emphasis on the Family Health Strategy and has professional experience in maternity hospitals and Family Clinics in Rio de Janeiro.
She worked as a nurse coordinator in PHC services and currently holds a strategic position as a state health manager at the Superintendence of Primary Health Care of the Rio de Janeiro State Health Department (SES-RJ), serving as an institutional supporter for the Serrana Region and advisor to the coordination of institutional support.
Her work focuses on strengthening municipal PHC management, health indicators monitoring, technical support for municipalities, regional health planning, and qualification of health care networks. Her professional interests include maternal and child health, prenatal care quality, prevention of avoidable maternal mortality, and health management
