Nabasajji Teopisita is a Ugandan educator and researcher currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology at Makerere University. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Kyambogo University.
With over 12 years of experience in secondary education, she has served as Director of Studies, Head of Language Department, and Senior Woman Counselor at Mandela College School Bweyogerere. She currently teaches at St. Peter’s S.S. Bombo-Kalule and is the CEO of OCD’S Foundations, which provides research consultations, guidance, and counseling services.
Her research focuses on educational psychology, curriculum development, and teacher training. She has contributed as an item writer, moderator, and reviewer for national educational bodies, and also serves as a peer reviewer for academic journals. Nabasajji is committed to improving learner outcomes through research-informed teaching and assessment practices, and is passionate about supporting academic publishing and editorial work.
Nabasajji is an author and her research began with her master’s dissertation on Parenting Styles, Stress and Suicidal Ideations among Secondary School Adolescents in Kampala District. She has since contributed to studies on A phenomenological exploration of the perceived causes of suicidal ideations among school adolescents in Central Uganda.
