Steve Miller is a professor in the Department of Kinesiology. After earning a B.A degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a M.A. in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas, he received his doctoral degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport & Exercise Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. Since joining the faculty in 1997, Steve continues to enjoy teaching in the Department of Kinesiology, and his courses include Sport and Exercise Psychology, Sociology of Sport, and Research Methods and Writing in Kinesiology. He also teaches Children and Sport as well as Sport in Higher Education in SMC’s January Term Program.
