Biography

Dr Scient Stig A Schack Pedersen, seniorgeologist at the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS). He is expert in glaciotectonics and structural geology of soft sediment deformation, including landslides and rock falls. His experiences in mountain range studies and sedimentary basin in Greenland, NW Europe, Greece, Singapore and Vietnam. Private consultant for industrial mineral exploration and environment studies. External associate professor in geology for engineers at the Danish Technical University and for structural geology at the University of Copenhagen.
