Rachel Gnanaprakasam is an Enthusiastic and dynamic, ABIM certified Infectious disease physician and ABIM certified Internist with an experience in the field of Infectious Diseases. He Provides Infectious disease consultation at several medical facilities in the North Texas area including Medical City North Hills, Medical City Alliance, Texas Health Resources Bedford, Methodist Hospital Southlake, and Texas Health Resources Southlake, OPAT supervision at the ID Doctors clinic and Bedside teaching and Didactics for Internal medicine and Family Medicine residents at Medical City North Hills, Medical City Denton, and Medical City Arlington. He also provided ID consultation in a diverse patient group and high acuity care since it is a quaternary referral center in southern NY also Weekly continuity clinic with in-depth experience in HIV treatment and prevention at Ally Care Center. He also done the projects on Monkey pox prevention, Screening for Hepatitis D, Infections in patients with opioid use disorder, and Heart transplant-frailty which are ongoing along with other research projects.
