Biography

Dr. Abhijit Bandyopadhyay is a man with unending potential and exudes positive energy to all those surrounding him. Besides his busy schedule, he devotes some of his time to social service and renders his services in Student Health Home, People’s Relief Committee, and other charitable organizations. Beginning from his student days, he was elected General Secretary of his Medical College’s Student Union and therefore was privileged enough to serve his fellow students and leading them through various educational and extracurricular events.

He was selected as an International Member of AOFAS (AMERICAN ORTHOPAEDIC FOOT AND ANKLE SURGEON) and went to the University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas, USA for Foot & Ankle Surgery Clinical Observer fellowship under Prof. V.K. Panchbhabi in the year 2015. He has been selected as AO Trauma Asia Pacific Fellow in the year 2015 and was trained from Queen Mary Hospital, ongkong University under Prof. Frankey Leung.
