Biography

James Michael Ray, MD earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his Orthopedic Internship and Residency at Orlando Health in Orlando, Florida. He did a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin; He served as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky. He also has a Masters Degree in Executive Health Administration from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida.
He has been recognized as a Top Physician in Naples, Florida 2021. He also was recognized as a finalist for Physician of the Year at NCH hospital in Naples, Florida 2021.
He has been involved with advancing the use of Biologics for the treatment of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. He has an interest in improving the quality of life through biologic treatments.
