Cynthia Naa Anyimah Botchway, PhD, is currently the Standards and Licensing Director at the National Schools Inspectorate Authority of Ghana. She has oversight responsibility for not only developing and reviewing quality standards but also ensuring the adherence to these standards in both public and private pre tertiary education in Ghana. She also oversees the licensing of over thirty thousand private schools in Ghana.
She also works privately as a creative writer, with her last publication being a book chapter titled Emotional Creativity. She has peer-reviewed many journals and dissertations and served as a methodologist and dissertation committee member for a number of research works.
She has over 12 years of impressive experience working with senior leaders and executive teams across a range of industries.
Cynthia has degrees from Central University, the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, and a PhD in creative leadership and innovation for change from the University of the Virgin Islands, USA.
