Ibrahim Ali Al Baher holds a doctorate in educational administration with an excellent grade from the University of Jordan. He is also accredited to teach by the Jordanian Higher Education Accreditation Commission for teaching administrative disciplines. He worked as an external lecturer for six years in public and private Jordanian universities. He also worked as a part-time lecturer at the University of Jordan and Mutah University, held the position of Head of the Research and Documentation Department at the Royal Museum. The number of authored books amounted to (16) academic books, (9) of them were published in seven international languages, participated in (9) international conferences, and the published research amounted to (14) researches published in international refereed scientific journals.
