Mingxing Lin was born on Mar.10,1966. He received his Ph.D degree in mechanical engineering from China University of Science and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 1996.From Dec.2007 to Dec. 2008, he was a visiting scholar in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Northwestern University, USA. He is currently a professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shandong University. He published over 100 papers and 60 patents in these areas. He is the Associate Editors of JMST (Journal of Mechanical Science and Technology).
