Biography

Virginia E. Koenig, OTD, MSA, OTR/L is the OT Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and Faculty at Touro College in New York, NY. She has published and presented nationally and via the World Federation of Occupational Therapy on a variety of occupation-based topics and has developed several sustainable non-traditional occupational therapy student fieldwork programs for occupationally-deprived populations. Her work on health literacy has been recognized by the Agency for Health Care Quality and Research, a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as a Featured Impact Case Study.
