Volodymyr Riznyk received his Ph.D. degree in (Candidate of Technical Sciences), Institute of Physics and Mechanical Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR, Lviv, Ukraine and he presented Ph.D. thesis in the field of cybernetics and information theory in 1980. In 1994 – presented D.Sc. thesis in field of mathematical modelling techniques for the scientific research and he is D.Sc., Professor Field Combinatorics in Systems Engineering. Yard Awarded 1995. Professor of Lviv Polytechnic National University (Ukraine), Institute of Computer Sciences & Information Technologies. Professor of Technology and Life Sciences of Bydgoszcz (Poland), Department of Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering (1996-2011). He has 45-years experience of scientific work in applied combinatorial mathematics and systems engineering. The main direction of his investigations is related to studying new types of optimized high-dimensional combinatorial constructions and their applications. He has published about 500 papers, authorized 47 invention patents. DAAD grant, Bonn (Germany)-1997; IEE grant, London -1998.
