Xingsi Xue received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Application Technology from Xidian University, China in 2014. B. S. degree in Software Engineering from Fuzhou University, China in 2004, the M. S. degree in Computer Application Technology from Renmin University of China, in 2009. He was a research fellow at School of Engineering and Computer Science, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 2022 and 2023. Now, he is an associate professor at Center for Information Development and Management and the director of Intelligent Information Processing Research Center in Fujian University of Technology He was granted the 2017 ACM Xi an rising star award. He was selected as the World’s Top 2% Scientists 2020 (Position: 1212 out of 190,009 scientists in the field of Artificial Intelligence & Image Processing) and Worlds Top 2% Scientists 2021 (Position: 931 out of 200,408 scientists in the field of Artificial Intelligence & Image Processing), which was released by Stanford University and Elsevier BV. He was granted the Best Paper Award of International Conference on Advanced Machine Learning and Technologies and Applications (AMLTA 2021).
