Biography

[SMIEEE, LMISTE] Vijaya Kumar B P is an Professor and Head, Information Science and Eng. Dept. M S Ramaiah Institute of Tech. He is completed his Ph.D in Electrical Communication Engineering (2003), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, INDIA. M. Tech in Computer Science and Technology, First with honors, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IITR) (1993). BE in Electronics and Communication, First class with distinction, Mysore University (1987)and Total 33 years of Teaching, administrative experience as Head of Department, chairman ship, along with 10+ years of research experience having 100+ journal / Conference publications and involved in projects related to Emergency medical services and Use of Artificial Intelligence (Al) / Expert Systems (ES) / Machine Learning (ML) in space craft Mission Operations Indian Space research organization (ISRO).
