Biography

Mohammed Khalid was born in 1974 in Wadramli-Khartoum, Sudan. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Khartoum University, Sudan in July/2000 and his PhD in Physical Chemistry from the Khartoum University in 2007. After completing his Ph.D Mohammed appointed a position of Assistant Professor at Department of Chemistry Faculty of Science Khartoum University in 2009. He leaved to School of Chemistry University of Sydney, as a postdoctoral fellow where he spent one year with Dr. Ron Clarke. His work in his postdoctoral fellow lead to an understanding of the interaction of ATP with the P-type phosphoenazymes, then he back to university of Khartoum, and work for one year before he left to University if Taif, Saudi Arabia in 2011, where he has been since that time, in 2014 he promoted to a position of Associate professor at Khartoum University, while he was in Taif University he continue his collaborations with Dr. Ron Clarke and published together one of the most interesting book in the field of biophysical chemistry, titled: Pumps, Channels, and Transporters, Methods of Functional Analysis, the book published in Wiley, USA, now he stablishing a research group in biophysical chemistry in University of Taif.
