Xhajanka was graduated in the field of Dentistry, with excellent results, in the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Tirana, in 1990. She has received a postgraduate specialization in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. Xhajanka has completed the “Theoretical and Practical Master” in Padova and in the University of Bari, Italy (2001). In 2003 she completed with maximum results the master "Biofunctional Prostheses". She has attended different specialization courses in and outside of the country. In 2009 she was awarded the title “Doctor of Science”. In June 2014, Prof. Xhajanka received the title Associate Professor”. In September 2023, she received the title “Professor Doctor.
