Mario Ferreira Conceicao Santos is a professor and researcher at the Federal University of Espirito Santo in Brazil. Born in Aracaju, SE, Brazil, Dr. Santos earned his Ph.D. in Science from the Federal University of Vicosa in 2015. Over the years, he has developed a profound expertise in natural products chemistry and pharmacology, conducting extensive research on bioactive compounds derived from plants and fungi. His academic journey has included positions at renowned institutions such as the Federal University of Sao Carlos, the Federal University of Alfenas, and the University of Franca.
