Shenao Zhou is a Doctor of Biology and Postdoctoral Fellow in the Chinese Academy of Sciences; Senior Engineer in the biomedical field in Shanghai, China; Recipient of Shanghai Rising Star Program, Shanghai “Super Postdoctoral Program” and Shanghai Pudong New Area “Pearl Program”; Member of the Expert Database of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. Years of experience in cell therapy, drug, R&D and project management, covering early-stage research, CMC development, IIT research, IND registration and application, GCP clinical research, etc. Proficient in team building and talent development; in-depth understanding and practical experience in project management, CMC development, project application and supplier management. His Experience in pipeline R&D and project management of globally first-in-class cell therapy products in multiple start-ups, including Shanghai Celliver Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and FibroX Therapeutics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.; possesses experience in IND applications for two allogeneic cell therapy products, with rich project management experience.
