Biography

I'm Egyptian researcher. I'm working now as a lecturer in the department of Medical Histology and Cell Biology in the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt. I have a master degree and MD in medical histology and cell biology from the same faculty.I attended many workshops related to the stem cells preparation and applications, nanotechnology, tissue engineering, laboratory animal handling, international publication, statistics. I'm also interested in the field of medical education; I had a diploma of Health Profession Education and many online workshops about the recent challenges in medical education and assessment.

Research Interests

aging the toxicity of some food additives like monosodium glutamate and aspartame and the antioxidant activity of some herbs and food stuffs.
