Biography

: Omayma K Afifi, is a Professor of Histology and Cell Biology, Faculty of Medicine, Tanta, Egypt. She has a lot of experience in Teaching & Assessment (under & post graduate students, Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, physiotherapy and Nursing, in Egypt, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya & KSA, also, Part time in Alsalam University, and Egypt-Japan University), Research (supervisor and discussion of many theses, Arbitrator in promotion committee of supreme council in Egypt and in KSA), Training (Associate trainer in (IBCT) and NCFLD), Quality ( External Reviewer in NQAAE) and Editorial board (Egyptian Journal of Histology, -Tanta Medical j,- Biological and biomedical, -Journal of case reports and studies), Peer Reviewer (different journals). She got MBChB " Honor Grade" 1987, following by MSc and MD in the basic medical science (Histology), Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, complete professorship at 30/6/2010. She worked as Head of Department in Tanta and in Taif. She presented many articles in Scientific Conferences and has many published papers & got many certificates of Appreciation (e.g., Ideal Doctor, Scientific Publishing, organizing committee).
