Biography

Jose M Lopez completed his Ph.D. in Cell Biology from University of Oviedo. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Morphology and Cell Biology, University of Oviedo & published articles in international journals.

Research Interests

Growth plate cartilage of the long bones which is the structure responsible for bone lengthening through postnatal life It is an essential process driven by the increase in volume of the chondrocytes being the cellular mechanisms relatively unknown
