Dr. Anabelie Villa-Valdez is a professor in the Animal Science Department of the College of Agriculture at Mindanao State University-Main Campus, Marawi City, Philippines. She also holds the position of Special Assistant in the of the Vice President for Planning and Development in a concurrent position in the same university. She received her Ph.D. degree in Science Education Biology in the Institute in Science Education at Mindanao State University, Philippines, Main Campus as a DOST scholar and graduated as class valedictorian and best in dissertation in the year 2012. She also has a Ph.D. in Educational Management from the Graduate School of the College of Education at Mindanao State University, Philippines. Along with this, she serves as an editorial board member and peer reviewer in some international journals. She is an expert in research and academe which made her a keynote speaker and session chair in many international conferences such as Malang Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Okinawa Japan. She also presented her research papers at various conferences both local and international which gave her some prestigious awards such as Best Paper Presenter and Best Paper.
