He was born in 1966 in Bayburt. After completing his primary and secondary education at the Rustu Pasa Pasha Primary School and completing his high school education at Gazi Ahmet Muhtar Pasa Middle School and Erzurum High School, he completed his higher education at Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Soil Science between 1985 to 1989.After completing his military service as a reserve officer between 1990 to 1991, he graduated from Department of Soil Fertility in 1991. Dr. Yildirim SEZEN has started his masters degree. He completed his masters degree on Soil Chemistry in May 1994.In September of the same year, he passed the Ph.D. exam and in October he was awarded the Research Assistant Exam and joined the department he graduated as a Research Assistant. In 1994, he completed a one year English course given by the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences. In 1995, Prof. Dr. Tulay Kiziloglu started her PhD studies on Soil Microbiology in consultation with ALGAN. In January 2003, he completed his Ph.D. Assoc. Dr. She is in her squad. In 2008, with the scholarship of TUBITAK, he participated in the kil Effects of Soil Treatment and Plant Diversity on Greenhouse Gases l project in Ohio State University for 2.5 years. After returning in 2011, he applied for the Associate Professorship Exam in April. In October 2012, he was appointed as Associate Professor by YOK. In 2018 he was promoted to Professor title. He is still a lecturer at the Department of Soil Science in Ataturk University.
