Ana Flavia has a degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Feira de Santana (2017) and masters degree in Botany from State the University of Feira de Santana (2020). Currently she is a PhD student in Botany at the State University of Feira de Santana. Her research focuses in palynology, especially, of the Leguminosae. She works on research focused on plant micromorphology and has experience in leaf anatomy studies. She is currently dedicated to palynology, studying the evolution of pollen morphology in the Senegalias group with applications for its taxonomy. She gives workshops focused on the area of environmental education, also providing services as an environmental consultant
