Chandramohan is currently working in Forest Survey of India, Central Zone, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. He has field experience of 14 years in irrespective of field studies. His passionate work on plants was started in 2010 after completion of Post-Graduation. He also worked for two years in Research & Development wing of Telangana State Forest Department with aiming conservation of rare, endangered and endemic plant species in one place by ex-situ conservation. He has expertise in plant nomenclature and their issues by studying herbarium from 2013 to 2018. He has completed his doctoral degree on floral composition of Satkosia Tiger Reserve, Odisha under flora of India project, which is initiated by Botanical Survey of India. He has published around 49 papers in various Research journals. He was honored with Best Employee Award honored by Director General, Forest Survey of India, Dehradun during Republic Day celebrations for the year 2023.
