Biography

Bhavna Mahadew is a full time lecturer in law at the University of Technology Mauritius. She holds an LL.B, LL.M. and is currently reading for her LL.D. at the University of Western Cape South Africa. Her research interests include Corporate Law, Financial Law, International Economic Law and Legal Research Methodology. She has published extensively in international peer reviewed journals and book chapters. She is equally the editorial board member of various reputed journals.
