He is a researcher and lecturer in the School of Microelectronics at Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology, Wuxi, China. He received his PhD in Physics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2021, with a focus on first-principles computational physics. His research centers on density functional theory and ab initio molecular dynamics, with expertise in electronic structure modulation, strain engineering, and mechanical properties of two-dimensional materials, semiconductors, and ultra-high-temperature ceramics. His current work explores valleytronics, optoelectronic device design, and materials behavior under extreme conditions. As an educator, he is committed to integrating advanced theoretical research with practical applications in microelectronics and computational physics.
