Dr. Amgad M. Rabie is a distinguished pharmaceutical and clinical research scientist from Egypt, currently serving as Head of the Clinical Research Department at Dikernis General Hospital and Senior Clinical Research Associate at the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP). He is also affiliated with Harvard Medical School as a Clinical Research Associate and is recognized as the founder of Egypt’s first official Drug Discovery and Clinical Research Unit.
Dr. Rabie has extensive editorial experience, serving as Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Board Chairman for multiple international journals, including the International Journal of Biotechnology and Bioengineering (IJBB), International Journal of Pharma Sciences and Scientific Research (IJPSR), Journal of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Research (JPMR), and others under SciDoc and BioCore publishing groups.
He is an honorary president at the Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER) and an official chemistry education volunteer for the American Chemical Society (ACS). His research primarily focuses on drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, pharmacological innovation, and clinical therapeutic development aimed at treating complex and resistant diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
