Tabassum Zafar was born in Rewa, in June 10 1987. While completing her graduate degree with Chemistry, Zoology and Botany she noticed her specific interest in Biochemistry. She decided to extend her knowledge and completed her Masters and M.Phil in Biochemistry. She opted reproductive sciences for her doctoratoral studiese. During her academic career she remains a consistent top rank holder with extraordinary background in other co curricular activities. In her research career she works with various organization and worked with many eminent scientists of the country. In such a young career she has received many fellowships and awards including CSIR Diamond Jubilee Research Internship Award from Central Council for Scientific & Industrial Research, New Delhi, India. DST INSPIRE Fellowship from Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, Young Scientist award from Society of Life sciences, Madhya Pradesh India. She has already presented more than thirty five presentations at national and international level conferences.
