Hassan Rezazadeh, associate professor of Toxicology faculty of pharmacy, Tabriz university of medical sciences/ Iran, is engaged in research and teaching for over 18 years. He has guided several scholars in their doctor of pharmacy research and has many publications to his credit in peer reviewed journals of international repute.
He has a broad background in skin biochemistry and carcinogenesis. He conducted experiments to show the involvement of oxygen free radicals in the pathogenesis of iron dextron- induced murine skin carcinogenesis. He also involved in developing protocols for preventing chemicals/ environmental carcinogens-induced liver, mammary, colon, kidney and skin cancers in various murine models employing a number of synthetic and natural chemo- preventive agents.
