Biography

Gunjan Purohit was working as an Associate Professor, Department of Physics, DAV (PG) College, Dehradun, India. He completed his Ph.D. from Garhwal University Srinagar Garhwal, India and worked on a thesis titled- Study of Nonlinear Optical Properties of Substituted Benzenes. He has 25 years of research and 22 years of teaching experience. Purohit was honored with the Teacher of the Year (2020) award, Divya Himigiri Dehradun. He has written 4 books and also published around 90 articles in different national/international journals.
